I liked the fact that you focused on the emotional side to eating and that we need more than just a diet, we need support, accountability, and help with the process. The program was focused on God. The breakout groups were excellent. –Kelly
The experience of attending the program surpassed any program I have attended before. The atmosphere is extremely relaxed and so are the people. The feeling of being around so many people who share in your worries, concerns, and frustrations, and who do not care about how your body looks, is wonderfully liberating. –Suzy
This is one of the best things I could do for myself. It gave me tons of hope, good guidelines, practical help, and led me closer to God. –Gail
The opportunity to stop, relax, and refocus my attention on my issues is a rare one. To find it in such a non-judgmental, lovely atmosphere is especially important. –Reba

My sister wanted me to bring everything home for her to use, but I think you need to experience this in a group setting so you have to face your issues and share your feelings, and be vulnerable. I also think it was important to be away from everything. –Susan
This was a week of being in a safe place with safe people and being nurtured and encouraged every waking moment because no one was judging anyone. I felt so normal. I could just be myself. The staff was warm, friendly, and approachable. –Marley
