  1. Ive never called in, but I learn through listening to the calls. I liked hearing the responses to Shawn in how to hear from God. Great answers, and I would integrate them all. I really liked Jill’s input about taking baby steps. That way you can kind of get an idea of an answer without jumping in and making a gung-ho decision on an answer. A good way to test the answer before making a mistake! Patience is the key. I have learned that people usually want answers now, but God’s perfect timing should be waited on. I believe there is alot of truth in the saying ‘good things come to those who wait.’ It also proves we are trusting God, and God can turn things around, upside down and inside out.

I also wanted to comment on the call from Leslie, about soooo many callers being unequally yoked. Very true, and I have come to realize that many don’t know what it means to be Christian. For many years, I believed in God and therefore I was a Christian (after all I was raised Catholic.) But that doesn’t mean I am living like one, or that I know anything about Jesus and what he taught. Quite a few years ago as a single widow, I joined match.com, and what a disappointment! What I found was people putting ‘Christian’ as their religious belief, and in a box not far was checked ‘looking for one night stands.’ Not just one but many I found to be contradicting in the same ways. I asked one guy to not list himself as Christian since his profile was very contradictory. He flew off the handle, but what do I care. I think maybe the definition of Christian should be re-established.

  2. I am a regular radio listener and wanted to review the segment on hearing God’s voice. Is there a link to read the transcript of the broadcast so I can print for someone?
    Thanks.

  3. What will happen if I call New Life about a problem i have? Been a cutter for 9 years. Will they take time to listen if i call and will the number show up on my At&t phone bill?
