Today was my first day tuning in to this broadcast and I was so blessed by it that I have also downloaded the app and subscribed to the podcast. I was diagnosed with ADD around age 12 or 13, but never learned the truth about what the condition entails or how to cope with it. I realized recently how much the disorder has affected my lifestyle and choices. It caused cycles of depression, among other things, as a result of feeling inadequate when my performance doesn’t measure up to the level of my peers. I would like to get the book mentioned and I hope to learn more about how to deal with myself in an effort to understand and overcome some of the challenges caused by such a condition. Prayerfully, I will find more resources to aid me and I will continue to seek God’s guidance and deliverance so that one day I, too, may be able to encourage others struggling and testify of God’s power over our minds and any condition. Thank you for your willingness to have such a conversation and I encourage you to keep doing the work God has placed in your heart. Your work has been a blessing to me.
