This is the Marriage Solution Workshop testimony Steve read on the radio today:

Before this weekend, I was in bad and unsure place. My wife and I were considering a divorce, but wanted very much to work it out. This weekend has been great for me and my wife. We learned tools that we can use not only with ourselves, but with our children, and learned how our mistakes affect them. I am leaving the weekend determined to work it out with my wife and now have some tools to do so. – Mike

I miss listening to the new life live broadcast on line – it has been 3 days and still can’t here. No problem listening to the older shows – problem is the live online.

I was able to successfully listen to the program, the day after. Michael, the caller that’s disengaged with his wife, maybe if you take the time to listen, just relax and listen you’ll see that there really isn’t a problem if you just take time out to talk with your wife and listen to her. I pray things work out with your marriage, you both sound like loving people and great parents, of course we go through little bumps in life and in relationships but don’t let things fester, work on it now and do it with God being in the center of you alls lives and watch how things work out for you, your wife, and family. Blessings.

to the last caller–talk about pointing the finger. Sir, with all due respect how in the world could you not understand or be patient with someone that is in the process of transformation. You had your porn and affairs for years (admittingly), now you’re a saved man who’s found Jesus, okay so if your life has changed why can’t you accept the fact that others can change too. If Jesus did it for you he’ll do it for her, me, and anyone else that’s ready for change and to accept Christ as their Savior. If you love this woman like Jesus loves the church I don’t see why there should be any further hesitation on your part, after all you two have a child together, if she was good enough for that maybe she’s even better at becoming your wife, just a thought. I pray everything works out for you two.

That phone ringer had me walking all over the house looking for my cell phone. The computer speakers are out in the hallway, so I kept hearing it but could not find my phone on either side of the hallway. I didn’t remember what or who I assigned that ring tone to, but I knew it sounded familiar. I came back to find my phone right where I was sitting. Very funny New Life; I wonder what you will do on April Fools Day.
