The first caller questioned his father’s use of the phone alone rather than being around others during his calls, believing it to be suspicious behavior.
When I speak to friends on the phone, i tend to go off by myself. It has nothing to do with who I am speaking with, or what is said in the conversation. It has to do with me. I do not want to be criticized and questioned by my husband about what I said.. I just can’t do “we” all the time. I purpose to be “ME”, and I have to do that alone. (Yes, I do have an abuse background that my former husband would interrogate me for lengthy periods of time, not for truth, but for his own perceptions) I honestly don’t see anything wrong with how I speak on the phone, alone.

To the lady who’s daughter was taken by a scammer online…I’ve seen my share of phony liars on those dating sites. And because women are so desperate and believe everything they hear, I have given up on dating sites. I wouldn’t even meet someone until a long time has passed. The phonies are very common from other countries (Russia) trying to get rich Americans to send money. One started with me exactly one month after the first contact. Some kind of emergency came up, his child got sick, wanted money, yeah right. He is from Russia, working construction in Africa, he said. I’m sure I was one of many on his list. Another giveaway is they cannot spell, and their grammar is bad. They will use a very good looking picture of a guy (not them) and create phony profiles.
