Guys, I thought you handled the caller’s uncertainty about how to deal with the gay people in her life, but I must point out that no one ‘chooses’ to ‘be gay’. They are born that way & the only choice they make is how to live their lives as normal gay folks.Milan is full of baloney when he claims that other people ‘tell’ you you’re gay. No way. And Anne Heche is bi, what is so difficult to understand about that?
Loved the way John took charge of the situation with the man who is housing the bipolar person. No fooling around with the possible danger from the bipolar person. Very good.

God does not create people to be gay. In His Word it is a sin, so why would he create someone to be gay. It’s a choice. God created man and woman for a reason.

Hey folks, I am a regular listener. Dr. John is your book Leadership Beyond Reason still available. I am using it and in some of my ministry seminars. I lead a ministry known as “From the Hand of a Disciple”. Thanks for all that you folks do.

Great point, Barb! There is no need for any ‘gay debate’. The Bible is quite clear, and as such, it does not matter what you think, I think, my neighbor thinks, or my pastor thinks. The Word says to “flee”. So whether someone was ‘born’ gay, molested and became gay, met a gay and became one, whatever the genesis we are to “flee”.
Even though our society wants to debate homosexuality and stir the pot, isn’t it a blessing that God relieves us believers of the burden of needing to figure it out whether ir’s right or wrong? We don’t have to because it is written plainly in the Word. (And yes, there are gay Christians– we are ALL sinners and are saved through Christ, regardless of our sins.)
