The issue mentioned today regarding covering a non-spouse on insurance has to do with the need for both insured parties to reside at the same location for insurance rating (liability assessment and pricing) purposes. When my son moved out of my house, he could no longer be insured under my policy because he (and his vehicle) would no longer located at my address. It has to do with the rating area and actuarials, and should not be misconstrued as advocating cohabitation between unmarried partners.

In response to the caller. I am from the Northeast but lived in Texas for 12 years when in college, and now live in CA. It is amazing that in Texas there was a church on every corner. I’m thankful for a missions program that started a small church in my hometown in NH in the 80s. I was in my mid twenties and had never had the gospel explained to me. I found Jesus at that little church. We do need more church plants and ministries in New England. I pray the Lord puts the Northeast on the heart of the next generation of leaders.
