I am sorry that the lady who called about a friend’s death did not clarify with you, but I hope one of you will contact her as follow-up, if I am right. I thought Robin clearly stated that she is the one who lost her friend, thus she (Robin) is the one grieving. I thought she said she was concerned because one family member is urging the rest of the family to discard the belongings.

If I am wrong, then I apologize ahead of time. Again, I think Robin lost her friend, and is the one grieving that the family might quickly eliminate reminders of her friend. Though it was gracious of her to let you know that the advice hit the nail on the head.

    Thank you.
