Just food for thought: Isn’t it amazing how our childhood never goes away. Though some of our memories are good there’s some that’s very bad and to date continue to haunt us. Seeking God for forgiveness and for healing makes for a better life, had I not sought God’s help through all of my issues no telling where I’d be. I continue to thank God and praise him for the blessings bestowed and blessings that are flowed from others in the form of support and encouragement. Life is beautiful when you can let go of the past (hurts & pain), you’re able to handle difficulties a little better and smarter….just a thought. Blessings to all.

Based upon the limited amount of information the lady mentioned about the pastor who is getting ordained, I would have huge concerns as well. He does not sound like he is qualified to be a pastor If he divorced for unbiblical reasons, can not support his family (lives with his parents). The BIble is clear (Titus, Timothy etc) – there are strict qualifications that a pastor must meet.

One of the problems in the church today is that we do not take those qualifications seriously.
