Let us hold on to the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful. – Hebrews 10:23 HCSB
When you trust God’s promises and when you try your best to honor Him with your prayers, your thoughts, and your actions you will continue building character every day of your life.
Are you willing to trust God completely, or are you living beneath a cloud of doubt and fear? God’s Word makes it clear: you should trust Him and His promises; when you do, you will live wisely and well.
Are you tired? Discouraged? Fearful? Be comforted and trust the promises that God has made to you. Are you struggling against a powerful temptation? Be courageous and call upon God. He will give you the strength to rise above your challenges. Do you really trust God’s promises, or are you hedging your bets? Are you confused? Listen to the quiet voice of your Heavenly Father. He is not a God of confusion. Today, think about the role that God’s Word plays in your life, and think about ways that you can worry less and trust God more.
Talk with Him; listen to Him; trust Him, and trust His promises. He is steadfast, and He is your Protector . . . forever.
– Steve Arterburn

The stars may fall, but God’s promises will stand and be fulfilled. – J. I. Packer
We honor God by asking for great things when they are a part of His promise. We dishonor Him and cheat ourselves when we ask for molehills where He has promised mountains. – Vance Havner
The promises of Scripture are not mere pious hopes or sanctified guesses. They are more than sentimental words to be printed on decorated cards for Sunday School children. They are eternal verities. They are true. There is no perhaps about them. – Peter Marshall
Patient endurance is what you need now, so you will continue to do God’s will. Then you will receive all that he has promised. – Hebrews 10:36 NLT
